Why is my video not playing?

Download and install the latest Adobe Flash Player here, and update your browser.  Consider using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.

Why is my video pausing unexpectedly?

Try the following strategies to optimize your viewing experience: 

  • Download and install the updated version of Adobe Flash Player here
  • Download and install the latest version of either Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
  • Close all other applications.
  • View the video in Standard Definition (SD) instead of High Definition (HD), (2 on the diagram above).  When HD is grey, you're viewing the video in Standard Definition.  When HD is white, you're viewing it in High Definition.  
  • Make sure you have a strong internet connection.  If you're using wireless internet, move closer to your router.

How can I increase the volume?

Make sure you slide the volume control under the video all the way to the right (1 on the diagram above).  For more volume control, try plugging your lap top in to speakers or connect your laptop to tv.

How do I change the workout video to full screen?

Access full-screen mode by clicking on the square to the right (3 on the diagram above).

Check your bank statement to see when your last billing date occurred. We bill on that date monthly unless you cancel your account. Contact us at mybarre3support@barre3.com for assistance.

How do I cancel my account?

Click here to cancel your account. Otherwise, log in with your username and password, and click “Account” in the upper right hand corner of the screen. From this page, you can easily end your mybarre3 subscription.
