Props we recommend:

1. Barre3 Core Ball.  Purchase it here.

2. Sturdy waist high surface such as a kitchen chair or counter top.

3. Optional light handheld weights.  1 lbs and 2 lbs are most common for women.  3 lbs - 5 lbs for men.

4. A yoga or Pilates exercise mat or other soft supported floor surface.

Viewing

There are many ways to view mybarre3.  Right from your computer or laptop is the most common.  You can also view from your iPads and Smart Phones and do mybarre3 just about anywhere!  If you want a bigger screen experience, you can do mybarre3 from your TV.  Simply hook your laptop or iPad up to the TV.  For more information on how to do this, click here.

Workouts

Choose your workout based on how much time you have.  Each workout is sequenced so it balances the body for a complete workout from head to toe.  You will see that all workouts ranging from 10-60 minutes are based on the same alignment principles and work well together. 

Attire

As long as it is comfortable and easy to move in you are set.  From yoga pants to PJ's to street clothes, anything goes when you are at home!
